Our client from Wash DC had a storage unit in Philadelphia with her deceased mother’s belongings. The family had removed everything that they wanted, so the rest was up to us to dispose of. We organized everything into various donation locations and trash. While reviewing we noticed a few pieces of china that we set aside to review with the client in case they had the rest of the set. We wanted to make sure that anything of value was reviewed with the client.
They didn’t want them.
After 3 hours of sorting, we contacted our disposal guys who picked everything up, took it to donation and recycling facilities! The next day the client called the storage unit and ended their contract, done!
